Clarification To Be Sought From The Concerned Person In Case Information Seems To Be Correct
If, in the course of a preliminary probe into any offence involving corruption under Sub-section (1) of Section 14, the complaint, report or information received by the Commission seems to be correct, the Commission may demand clarifications from the person who has committed offence, as well as from other person implicated therein, mentioning brief particulars of the charges.
